What's Up with Planet Earth; Nicholas goes Live!
The following message is one Nicholas wrote and delivered
to a group during our 6 week tenure at Creative Health
Institute in Michigan this summer. We were there to learn
how to prepare and love everything to do with Raw and
Living Foods for ourselves and others!
Nicholas' Unedited Talk:
Have you ever heard the expression "What's Up Doc?" Now, I
want you to pay close attention because I am going to tell
you "What's Up?"
U.P. stands for Universal Peace. This may not be what Bugs
Bunny means by it, yet the meaning used by me is Universal
Peace. Have you heard this term before?
Have you learned about the power of Universal Peace? What
if U.P. is simply the peace we feel in a moment of looking
at a sunset. In this indescribable moment of looking at
this orange red Indian sunset, we experience peace at the
innermost of our Being. In this moment that builds on
another moment, Peace is building.
I ask you to take notice of this moment. These moments
provide our celebrated fantasy of peace. The fantasy we
think is not real and cannot be found, and there it is.
As close as the next sunset, as close as the next Maple
Leaf, as close as the next flashing amber parade of
Fireflys.
So the next time you wonder, "What's Up with Planet Earth?"
remember universal peace is as close as we make it.
It is the precise moment when we feel calm and bliss at the
same time, I call this peace. These building moments of
peace within, are immediately amplified a peace without. I
call this Universal Peace.
So you see, Universal Peace does exist.
It is the many splendored power of quiet moments, truthful
moments, sacred moments, nature moments and lasting moments
of Love.
As you consider the power of a peaceful moment, remember
"What's U.P.?" is the moment you have in your heart right
now. Take it with you and expand it into many moments.

Our family added the experience of Live Foods into our back
pockets to connect with nature, to help and know the laws
of the earth and to promote healing and happiness. We found
most, if not all through the daily learning and application
of living foods, and especially through the people we met
while there. It was here we found a strength of support in
the outstanding love shown to us by the peoples' there.
We met Jack, a lumberman who says he carefully managed the
forests, with a real heart to support and lead the way for
us, no matter what. We enjoyed our inquisitive nature that
challenged us to look deeper within the issue and still
remain at peace with each other. In one instance I read
Nicholas poem, 'Trees are For Life'and mentioned Every Tree
Counts. Don't you think?
Oh, and we loved the time we spent in the Grow Room where
together we touched the soil and laid new seeds to grow
revitalizing Wheatgrass. What fun!
Soon, Jack led us to Kent, our ingenious inventor friend
who knows the teachings of Parmahansa Yogananda as well as
he knows how to split oxygen from hydrogen. On the second
note, he received a little help from Nicholas. On our many
visits to Kent's house, we received luscious foot baths and
would be amazed at the 'stuff' our bodies would release. We
were silly in how we compared notes to see whose water
could be the dirtiest.
Kent was our example of a conduit of love in intelligent
thought form..he has a true heart as well. In one of our
many discussions, we talked about the earth's present
tension state and how to unleash it with prayer and
meditation, a suggestion offered by Nicholas. Nicholas says
we need a critical mass of 80,000 minimum to meditate at a
synchronized time to already see, feel and affirm the earth
in a resolved and lighter state. We are still in plans on
how to achieve this worthy goal of having a critical mass
meditate to shift global tension now.
We invite your ideas and suggestions. If this subject

In the end, Kent gifted us with several of his most
treasured books by Parmahansa Yogananda for which Nicholas
is very grateful to receive.
Kent then introduced us to Louise, another fine example of
a humble healer with a great heart to offer her fine
talents with Nicholas. Before the session, Nicholas knew
what would take place and was so excited to begin. Once
calm and on the massage table, I felt I watched two
dolphins at play intuitively knowing where the other is at
all times and where to go next. It was God speaking to
witness such knowing play in the form of sheer delight for
Nicholas as some of his pain now lessened for the first
time in his cranium. This was due to the Cranial Sacral
Therapy she offered. As a pediatric R.N. and as an aunt to
a child she assisted in bringing back from the world of
severe brain injury to now highly functioning, we knew we
were in special hands.
I felt what magnificance and relief for Nicholas!
Louise gave of her time freely to assist us as she could.
I learned much from her humble heart.
Another trail led us to Delores,yet another incredible lady
rightly suited for our purpose. I knew not why I was to go
to see Dorothy, only that I was told to go by Nicholas.
When I asked him why we were to go, he replied, "It is to
be revealed there." So off we went on Blind Faith...yet I
was kinda getting used to this by now. Once at Delores, it
became apparent this was no regular lady. She asked all 8
people in the office to stop what they were doing and come
in to meet Nicholas. He felt very honored. Once the
excitement and introductions were over, we continued to
brainstorm for 3 hours on matters to assist Nicholas'
being. It was a synergistic effect that left each of us
knowing we were meant to deeply know and learn from each
other's presence. As fortune would have it and is usually
the way, I found a valuable piece of information while at
her office. A Doctor from Russia was arriving to perform
Cranial Sacral in the area. I knew little and asked my
powers of discernment to speak, yet it was getting quiet
from the tirade of new experiences. The little voice said,
"Don't let this one go." So at the last moment I called
Dorothy who was able to arrange a session where Nicholas
was a demonstration subject for an audience. It was handled
with great dignity and respect by the teacher/healers and
as fortune would have it, they were still looking for a
subject!
The Russian Doctor had his translater and I became
Nicholas' translater, mother and guardian angel through the
experience. Recently I had decided that in order to detach
myself from the outcome, I would consider myself as his
guardian angel. It works for me.
When Lauri asked Nicholas what his intention was, he spoke
"To unwind the Dural Tube to release tension and improve
coordination." Lauri replied to the audience with a wide
smile on her face, "I do not usually have a client who
knows their body so well." This was affirmation for me as
when I repeated aloud Nicholas words about Dural
Tube, I had no knowledge of the term or the role this could
play in his body. A little nervewracking sometimes
repeating these things, when I feel unsure myself. Now I
received confirmation, this had relevance...how little did
I know. Later I learned this had much significance for his
body.
So, the unwinding began....as hands were placed in precise
locations on Nicholas' body, his body knew just what to do.
It danced and twisted completely around the massage table
at times being held in the air. After a complete circle,
Lauri asked what emotion was to be released. Again to which
Nicholas replied, "the shame of feeling not having achieved
my purpose this time." It sounded a little harsh to me,yet
truth was spoken.
Once again, I knew we were in the hands of greatness as the
gentle voices and caring hands held his light body.
What more could there be?
Well, there is more and a whole lot more. Mostly what is
important is that we received many lessons through our
experience at Creative Health Institute. The first was the
lesson of listening to Spirit as we received strong message
to go to CHI in the first place. Second was one of
sacrifice as in order to do so, Norman had to submit for a
3 month leave of absence without pay and we needed to
relieve Dear Leeanne, Nicholas' helper so we could go.
Lesson after lesson appeared in terms of etching discovery
into who we now are. Times are changing fast.
We are so grateful to all of you who have richly
contributed to who we are...thank you for being there.
Now we are realizing Spirit has something different in mind
for us and are keeping ourselves open to the call. Perhaps
it is for Nicholas to acquire a Spiritual Mentor to guide
his way in practices with meditation, yoga, healing??
As they say, when the student is ready the teacher will
show up.
In the meantime we are inviting immediate applications for
a position as a Raw Food Chef and/or Waldorf Home School
Teaching Assistant to exchange services beginning in
September. This is a wonderful opportunity for those who
like to provide service with highly aware children. If you
have experience in only one area, you must be inspired and
motivated to learn in the other.
